In the graph editing sites are indicated as green nodes, while blue nodes indicate editing factors. Predictions which factor edits which site are connected by lines, the green line corresponds to the best prediction while gray lines are alternative, yet significant predictions.
Click on a node to zoom in on that and re-arrange the graph to show all predictions connected with that node.
Use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in and out
The search function on the left can be used to find a specific node (the graph will zoom and center on it).
Toggle Only top predictions to show/hide predictions that are not the top ranked ones.
View table brings up a window with the raw values for the predictions currently highlighted in the graph
