The personal data entered by you in our applications system will be stored and processed exclusively within the Max Planck Society for the purpose of the application and appointment procedure. Fields marked with an * must be completed, as this information is required for the application procedure. Fields not marked with an * can be completed by you on a voluntary basis. By completing these fields voluntarily you are deemed to give your consent for us to store and process these data likewise, exclusively internally for the purpose of the application and appointment procedure. Your data will be stored until the appointment procedure comes to an end, or in the case of an application on your own initiative, until the exploratory procedure, and where applicable the appointment procedure, comes to an end. In case you wish to close your account and your data to be deleted, please send us an email. Your access is protected by your e-mail address as your personal login name and a password chosen by you. The password must comprise a minimum of 8 characters and should include a combination of upper and lower case letters, figures and symbols. Your data are transmitted via a state-of-the-art encrypted connection.
