By pressing the „Register“ button on the Registration page you agree to the Privacy policy of the chlorobox.

Furthermore, you agree to the following terms:

We will delete all data that you have entered during the registration process within 140 days after the conference with the following exceptions:

• We will transfer your name, nationality, food preference and, if applicable, preferred roommate to the Harnack Haus for conference booking. The Harnack Haus will transfer the nationalities of all participants to the MPG for statistics.
• We will store information regarding the payment of the conference fee on MPG servers as required by law.
• We will publish all data concerning your scientific contribution in the conference's abstract book. We reserve the rights to type edit your contribution before publication.
• We will publish the names of all speakers on the chlorobox website and in conference advertisements.

We will send you important information concercing the conference before and also within one month after the conference by using the email adress you have provided. This may include changes in the program and the group foto.
